Raheja Ayana Brokers Peddle New Dreams, Even As Raheja Developers is Shattering Older Dreams
January 15, 2015 - Uncategorized
Forty three buyers of Raheja Atharva have sued them in National Consumer Commission for severe deficiency of services, and accused the builder of Cheating & Fraud. Yet, many brokers are actively promoting Raheja Developers new project Raheja Ayana without informing the buyers the true story of the builder …. It is not ethical, and probably not legal too – as there is a Haryana Regulation of Property. Dealers and Consultants Act; 2008 that is applicable in Haryana.
(You can see the Act as one of the attachements at http://revenueharyana.gov.in/html/acts_rules/stampbranch.pdf).
The brokers are suppressing relevant information about Raheja Developers past performance, their legal problems, the poor quality of product delivered, and misguiding buyers into what to expect from Raheja Developers after the Agreement to signed. A lot of problems can be seen discussed at the Google Group of another group of buyers in Raheja Atharva planning to sue Raheja Developers (43 people have already filed a case at the National Consumer Commission) at https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en#!forum/raheja-atharva-owners-association
The brochure of Raheja Atharva & Vedaanta & Navodaya etc was as pretty as the Raheja Ayana are, but almost everything in them turned out to be a lie. Look at the photos of the apartments that have been offered possession and despair. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.693904857373753.1073741827.296742357090007&type=1&l=988e4decc9
The green spaces have been destroyed compared to the layout plans shown in the beginning when launching the project. Many more apartments have been added to the complex making the density very high – Shilas was inserted into Atharva, Sampada into Navodaya, Vedas into Vedanta (Vedaanta) ….
Delay penalty is not being paid, many adhoc charges are being demanded … and many more issues.
